Spencer Schmidt

Co-founder, Field Operations Manager

Spencer has 10+ years of experience as a tradesman with an additional 10 years of experience as superintendent on large scale, commercial construction projects. As a skilled tradesman, Spencer has done everything from residential interior renovations and landscape improvements to ground up high-rise construction.

As a construction superintendent, his experience includes multi-family and affordable housing, public works, mixed-use developments, and overseeing self-perform demolition, concrete, drywall, casework, and specialties. Spencer has successfully put more than $1.6B of work in place and effectively led field crews of 200+ tradesmen.

Michael Tomey

Co-founder, Operations Manager

Michael has 8 years of experience in the engineering and construction management industries, with a long history of successful work on a variety of different project types.

His construction management experience includes design-build, aviation construction, affordable housing projects, public works, and product design and development. The skills he brings to every project include problem solving, scheduling, reporting, and project management. Michael has managed budgets exceeding $150M and large management teams.
