Spencer Schmidt
Co-founder, Field Operations Manager
Spencer has 10+ years of experience as a tradesman with an additional 12 years of experience as superintendent on large scale, commercial construction projects. As a skilled tradesman, Spencer has done everything from residential interior renovations and landscape improvements to ground up high-rise construction.
As a construction superintendent, his experience includes multi-family and affordable housing, public works, mixed-use developments, and overseeing self-perform demolition, concrete, drywall, casework, and specialties.

Michael Tomey
Co-founder, Operations Manager
Michael has 10 years of experience in the engineering and construction management industries, with a long history of successful work on a variety of different project types.
His construction management experience includes design-build, aviation construction, affordable housing projects, public works, and product design and development. The skills he brings to every project include problem solving, scheduling, reporting, and project management.

Ethan Crisci
Assistant Superintendent
Ethan has 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with hands-on trade experience in rough and finish carpentry, painting, and concrete. His field background gives him a practical understanding of construction means and methods, quality control, and trade coordination.
In addition to his field experience, Ethan brings skills in graphic design, scheduling, and project management, allowing him to effectively support project planning, coordination, documentation, and execution from the field through project completion.

Emily Bandy
Architectural Designer
Emily has a background in architectural design with experience supporting commercial, educational, and planning-focused projects. She earned her architectural education from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Her experience includes architectural design, space planning, design development, and project documentation. Emily brings a thoughtful design perspective to each project, balancing aesthetics, functionality, constructability, and the needs of the client while helping guide projects from early concepts through construction.
